Yesterday the Hungarian Memorandum of Understanding on social economy and social farming within the BOND Policy Roundtable held in Hungary was signed in Budapest.

It was signed by Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture, Research Institute for National Strategy, Hungarian Association of the Order of Malta, Hungarian Social Farm Alliance, Kemence Tradition Preservation Gastro-Cultural and Community Development Association, Ethnic Folk High School Association, and the BOND consortium members: Kislépték and Védegylet.

This MoU creates a great opportunity to foster farmers and stakeholders of social economy in rural areas to participate in socially and environmentally sustainable models such as public catering which was the topic of the Policy Roundtable.
